INGREDIENTS:
- ½ cup low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 tsp cumin
- ½ tsp cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp ground coriander
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp basil
- Generous sprinkle of Paleo Living Poultry Seasoning
- 20 oz ground turkey
INSTRUCTIONS:
- In a large bowl, mix together the chicken broth and seasonings. Stir in the turkey and mix well. Let the mixture site for about 20 minutes.
- Divide the turkey mixture into 10 patties. Spray a non-stick skillet with cooking spray, and cook over medium-high heat for about 7-9 minutes on each side, or until done.
