INGREDIENTS:
- 5-6 small Radishes (mild if possible)
- 1 head of Broccoli
- Heaping 1/3c Homemade Mayo (search my site for recipe!)
- 1/4 c Pepitas
- 1/4 c Raisins
- S&P to taste
- Generous sprinkle of Paleo Living Veggie Seasoning
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Halve and slice radishes and add to medium bowl
- Remove large stem from broccoli and cut into bite-sized pieces including some of the smaller stems, add to bowl
- Add mayo and stir to evenly coat
- Add pepitas and raisins and mix thoroughly
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sprinkle a generous amount of Paleo Living Veggie Seasoning
- Serve cold at any potluck or barbecue as a side dish!
