Keeping New Year’s resolutions can be hard when there are big events such as the Super Bowl. Everyone is eating, drinking and it can be hard to not absolutely splurge as a way of socializing with all of your friends and family. But I am here to tell you don’t be too hard on yourself! If you end up splurging it is totally ok, but hey, why not bring your own healthy dish to contribute to the big game day anyways! You may just end up opting for your own delicious Paleo, weight loss friendly snack. This is a super easy and traditional recipe with a little modern twist. Guilt free & delicioso.

Ingredients
- 10 large eggs
- 1/2 cup finely chopped smoked salmon (2 ounces)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1.5 teaspoons white vinegar
- 1.5 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- Salt
- Paprika for garnish
- PALEO LIVING SPICES VEGGIE SEASONING for sprinkling
Directions:
Hardboil eggs on high for approx. 12 minutes. Drain and let cool. After the eggs are cool get crackin’! Cut the eggs in half and remove the yolks. Transfer the yolks to a bowl and mash well with a fork. Stir in the salmon, mayonnaise, vinegar and Dijon mustard. Season with salt. Mound the filling in the egg-white halves and sprinkle with Paleo Living’s Veggie Seasoning and some paprika! Serve on a platter and enjoy!
